Parkland County is seeking proposals from qualified professional engineering consulting firms to provide Feasibility Study, Detailed Engineering Design, Quotation (Tender) Preparation, Evaluation and Award, Construction Supervision, Administration and Post Construction Services for the Rolling Meadows Estates Stormwater Rehabilitation Program. The engineering consulting services for this opportunity will be broken down in three phases. Phase 1 will be the only portion of the project that will immediately be awarded to the successful consultant.
