The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) seeks Proposals from qualified Proponents to rewrite Zoning and Parking Bylaw No. 303, 2025 (Zoning Bylaw 303, 2015), the document that guides how land is used and the rules around development. The project will be managed by the RMOW’s Director of Planning supported by a RMOW Project Team. The purpose of this document is to provide sufficient background and scope of information to receive detailed proposals and pricing information for evaluation.
