This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the required Indigenous Eligibility Certification. The second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified offerors to submit a technical and financial bid. If the Offeror fails to provide the completed certification as part of its Offer, the Contracting Authority may, at its discretion, provide the Offeror with a deadline for submitting a completed copy of the certification. If the Offeror fails to provide the completed certification within the time period, Canada will declare the Offer non-compliant. Non-Indigenous businesses interested in submitting an Offer should note that it may be possible through a joint venture between Indigenous and non-Indigenous businesses, to satisfy the requirements of the Indigenous Eligibility Certification. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Natural Resources Canada (NRCAN), requires the services of an Electrical Engineering firm (Consultant), acting as the Prime Consultant with a multidisciplinary team of sub-consultants, for the delivery of a comprehensive feasibility study to support the planning and installation of a new emergency generator system at Geological Survey of Canada (CGY) Calgary (GSCC) is owned by NRCan and is located at 3303 33rd St NW Calgary, Alberta.
