Plot Maintenance, measuring DBH, height to live crown, forest health assessment, height of a subset of trees, and coring of a subset of trees in coast area Swiss needle cast monitoring plots as part of the 10-year remeasurement of the plots. Measurements must be completed prior to March of 2027. There are 42, 0.08 ha circular plots. Thirteen will be measured in the current fiscal year in the Chilliwack Resource District. The contract has 2 options to renew the remaining plots (22 in 2027/28 on Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast and 7 in 2028/29 in Chilliwack).
