Specialist in Wargame Design and Facilitation

This solicitation is for the provision of a Specialist in Wargame Design and Facilitation in support of the Canadian Joint Operations Command's Exercise MAPLE LEAF PAJUK 2027.The work will include the following activities: Research, Design, Development, and Testing: From contract award through the pre-wargame phase, including the research, design, development, and testing of the wargame scenario and associated deliverables. Execution and Reporting: Delivery of the administrative briefing, facilitation of the wargame, presentation of the final briefing, and support in the preparation of the final report. This solicitation is subject to Canadian Content requirements (Open) and will be posted on CanadaBuys for ten (10) calendar days. There are security requirements associated with this solicitation of offers. Please complete and submit the AFR found in Section 3.6 as soon as possible. The basis of selection consists of lowest evaluated price with mandatory technical criteria. Canada will consider only offers submitted to National Defence, [email protected]. No other submission method is accepted. For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed section 19 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants. The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
