This is an advance notice for potential contracts to provide interested Design-Builders an opportunity to learn about the upcoming housing construction program. Note that there is no guarantee that these solicitations will proceed. Description of the Program and Services The Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) is planning a Housing Program to support the delivery of new residential housing for members of the Canadian Armed Forces at bases and wings across Canada. The services required under this program include: Architectural & Engineering (A&E) services for the provision site studies, planning and detailed design development and all associated works. Design and construction of new infrastructure and housing to support the residential housing program. Note that certain locations may involve phased delivery. Planned building types will emphasize higher-density development, primarily mid-rise apartment buildings.
