As we execute the planning and design phase of the Health Care Centre of Excellence (HCCE), we will concurrently develop a comprehensive business case (February – August 2026) to support submission to the Government of Alberta’s 2027 budget cycle, with a funding request in the range of $350–400M to advance the HCCE initiative.
