The City is seeking to prequalify trade contractors with experience in fountain equipment replacement, at historic park, Will Rogers Memorial Park, 9650 Sunset Blvd. Beverly Hills, CA 90210. Scope of work without limitation, includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary for completion. Selected Contractor will be the prime contractor and will be required to coordinate with other trades needed to complete each project. Prequalified contractors shall have experience in a minimum of four (4) similar past projects within the last ten years. Specified contractor’s licensing shall be of C53 Swimming Pool OR a combination of C-36 Plumbing and C-10 Electrical Contractor, under the California Contractors State License Board.
