To fulfil Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (“ISED”)’s obligation to communicate in accordance with the provisions of the Official Language Act, ISED is seeking to establish six (6) Standing Offer (SO) for English to French and French to English translation services including editing, revising and proofreading material in either official language. Service requirements will accommodate for both regular and urgent requests. The requirement is for an initial period of two (2) years from the effective date of the Standing Offer, with an irrevocable option to extend the offer by two (2) additional periods of one (1) year under the same terms and conditions.
