Notice is hereby given by British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) with the intent to direct award a contract to Nexus to provide 34 modular units (tiny homes) via a design-build contract for temporary housing with shared bathrooms and shared amenities, secured perimeter fencing and an electrical service upgrade. All BCBC compliant and meeting City approvals. Current tiny homes have reached their economic life and need to be replaced immediately to continue to provide supportive housing
