Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Following the completion of solicitation E60HN-21HDMS/B, this version /C is being published to allow new suppliers to become qualified. Existing qualified suppliers, who have been issued a supply arrangement under version /B, are not required to submit a new arrangement. This requirement is to renew the Supply Arrangement for the relocation, modifications, extensions and consultation services to existing high density mobile shelving (HDMS) as well as installation of new HDMS systems. This RFSA is for deliveries in all regions of Canada, excluding Nunavut and locations that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). The RFSA will simultaneously include a provision to establish a duplicate Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Businesses (PSAB). Both PSAB and non-PSAB SA will be issued to qualified Suppliers in one or more of the following eight regions: Atlantic, National Capital Region (NCR), Northwest Territories, Ontario, Pacific, Quebec, Western, Yukon. Delivery Date: 29/11/2022 The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
