The purpose of this RFQual is to develop a list of pre-qualified tunnel design consultants to provide consulting services in support of Metropolitan’s Engineering Services Group on various Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects.  These projects are related to the design and construction of new facilities and expansions or rehabilitation to existing facilities. These projects also involve evaluations and investigations needed to ensure and enhance system reliability. The agreement amounts and durations will vary and will depend upon the extent of services required.  Respondents should be willing to provide the requested services on an on-call basis and on project-specific agreement awards for work that falls within the solicited program. A complete description of the scope of work is provided in Section 2.
