Amendment No. 1 is issued to update the email address for submitting enquiries and returning bids to [email protected]. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This requirement is for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 under the region / metropolitan area, level of expertise and for the following category(ies): Stream 3 – Project Management Services Category 3.8 – Financial Specialist Region: Remote Work/Virtual The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract. Description of the Requirement: The purpose of this requirement is to obtain an independent actuarial costing analysis of the short-, medium- and long-term direct and indirect costs if the current federal workers’ compensation regime remains unchanged, or if two options for modernizing the regime are implemented. The analysis must include both overall costs of the regime, and costs for (a) the five federal employers with the highest volumes of workers’ compensation claims and (b) a selection of federal employers with moderate claim volumes. The analysis should also provide a return on investment (ROI) for the two modernization options. Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be for a period of ten (10) months beginning from the date of contract award.
