Services will support the full lifecycle of Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) command and control capabilities, including systems engineering, software development, systems integration, infrastructure modernization, and support for tactical and operational applications. This work will enable the design, implementation, sustainment, and enhancement of the networks, servers, data centres, and related technologies that support AFCCIS capabilities across the RCAF. The TBIPS Method of Supply is a result of a formal competitive process which was established as a result of extensive consultations with industry.
