This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Halifax Regional Water Commission (“Halifax Water”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Pump Station Control Panel - Electrical Replacement Program, as further described in section A (“The Deliverables”) of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B). Halifax Regional Water Commission (Halifax Water) is soliciting proposals for engineering services related to the design of control panel and electrical upgrades for multiple wastewater pump stations.
