REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONSSPECIFICATIONS OF GOODSThe City of Surrey (the “City”) has a need for the purchase and delivery of one (1) new and unused 4WD agricultural tractor. The unit bid shall be the manufacturer's current production model that meet or exceed the following minimum specifications. Only a standard production machine may be bid on these specifications and a supplier will not be permitted to modify his standard production unit in order to meet these specifications.
