A Supply Arrangement is being established to develop a list of pre-qualified contractors to supply the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, and equipment necessary for the performance maintenance and repair to infrastructures at various locations of CFB Halifax, as specified herein. The Supply Arrangement has no defined end date and will remain valid until such time as Canada no longer considers it to be advantageous to use.
