Read full description
The Work under this contract includes the renovation of the existing administration offices and reception area to modernize the space including the upgrade of the existing HVAC system. It also includes the addition of an entrance canopy at the main entrance and replacement of the vestibule doors. Bid documents and all amendments will be posted on BC Bid. No printed drawings and specifications will be provided. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety by the Surety Company providing the Labour and Material Bond and Performance Bond.
