The University of Winnipeg is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a qualified and experienced mechanical contractor for the installation of isolation valves within the Centennial Hall heating system. The primary objective of this project is to enhance the serviceability of the heating infrastructure, allowing specific sections to be isolated for maintenance or repair without draining the entire system.
