PROCUREMENT OVERVIEW

The Government of Canada, through the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PSPC), is seeking to establish Supply Arrangements (SAs) for small vessel disposal services. The project involves the recovery and transportation of vessels up to 65 feet (19.81m) in length across one or more regions/sub-regions in Canada. The services are divided into two streams:

1. Stream 1 - Simple Vessel Disposal (land-based, no marine transportation required).
2. Stream 2 - Vessel Disposal (marine-based, requiring transportation to access the vessel).
