The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) invites qualified engineering firms (Proponents) to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) to submit proposals to provide design, construction administration (CA) services along with programming and commissioning for the replacement of the main primary 25kV/600V Transformer and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) hardware for various sub- process components at the Solid Waste Transfer Station (SWTS) Compost Facility in Whistler.
