Request for Qualification – Official Residence Rehabilitation 24 Sussex Drive - Design-Build Competition

Canada is initiating a two-stage Design-Build juried solicitation process to retain an individual firm or Joint Venture to provide Design and Build Services (DB) for the Official Residence Rehabilitation at 24 Sussex Drive (24 Sussex), located in Ottawa, Ontario. To view the Request for Qualification document click on the “Bidding details” tab and follow the instructions provided. Canada reserves the right to invoke a national security exception to Canada’s Trade Agreements for this procurement. If invoked, this procurement will be excluded from all of the obligations of the trade agreements. Security requirements will be required for participation in future stages of this procurement process. Detailed security requirements will be provided to the Request for Qualification as an addendum.
