The Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify organizations interested in serving as Service System Managers (SSMs) for Integrated Employment Services (IES) across Ontario. The goal of IES is to improve Ontarians’ access to local employment services, help them find and retain jobs and build better connections between the province’s employment and social assistance (SA) systems. IES also supports employers with addressing their workforce needs.
