The City of San Diego (City), Public Utilities Department, Wastewater Treatment Division is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide the North City Water Reclamation Plant (NCWRP) with filter media rehabilitation, which includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and products necessary to perform in-bed chemical cleaning of the existing filter media, followed by replenishment of media to restore the original design depth at NCWRP.
