Siemens 25kA circuit breakers style plug-in units rated at 480/277V with connector and cord

NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the purchase of seventy (70) Siemens 25kA circuit breakers style plug ins 480/277V rated with connectors and cords and seventy (70) Siemens Connectors in order to upgrade the current Siemens XJ-L Busway system. Delivery of the items is within Ottawa, Ontario Item-Description-Quantity 1. Siemens - 25kA Circuit Breakers style Plug-ins 480/277V rated with Connector & Cord (Part Number BPJD6G6A1E6NXX) - Quantity 70 2. Siemens – Connector (Part Number 560C6) - Quantity 70 Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit an Offer. Nature of Requirement: The Department of National Defence (DND), utilizes a Siemens XJ-L power distribution busway system equipped with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) thirty (30) amp plug in units. The current system must be upgraded to increase circuit capacity to sixty (60) amps. As a result, Siemens brand sixty (60) amp plug-in units specifically designed for the Siemens XJ-L series busway must be purchased for installation into the existing XJ-L series busway Detailed specification can be found at Annex “Statement of Requirement” of the attached Solicitation of Offers Delivery Date: On or before 30 November 2026. Competitive Procurement Strategy: For Canada to declare an offer compliant, the offer must comply with the requirements of the solicitation of offers. Canada will consider the compliant offer with the lowest evaluated price for award. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
