Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of the Department of National Defence, invites suppliers to respond to this Invitation to Qualify (ITQ), which will qualify suppliers to participate in future procurement processes regarding the Interim Canadian Deep Precision Strike Capability (iCDPSC). The Department of National Defence has a requirement to establish the Initial Operational Capability of the Canadian Deep Precision Strike Capability. The requirement includes an initial quantity of land-based launch systems, system support services, conventional precision-guided munitions, mission-planning and command-and-control systems, communications, support equipment, training, documentation, maintenance and technical support. The interim capability must be deployable, survivable, interoperable with Canadian and allied forces, and capable of delivering precise effects at extended ranges in contested operational environments. This ITQ is open to Canadian Suppliers and suppliers of the Five Eyes Alliance and the NATO community.
