Project Description: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) has a requirement for a consultant to prepare detailed design and construction documents to replace existing PLC-5 based system control and monitoring with modern hardware and software at the Canso Canal in Nova Scotia. This is a request for proposals (RFP) against the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Supply Arrangement (SA) E0225-150564. The entire list of firms from the Electrical discipline for the province of Nova Scotia has been invited. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. General Information: Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by the date and time indicated in the RFP. The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions, 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, N.S., B3J 1T3. This office provides services in English. Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
