This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of North Cowichan (“North Cowichan”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Audit Services for North Cowichan and the Joint Utility Board. The purpose of this RFP is to secure the services of a municipal auditor for a term of five years, with two (2) one (1) year options to extend by mutual agreement. The RFP’s main objective is to secure the services of a municipal auditor as per requirements in Section 169 of the Community Charter.
