Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has a requirement to obtain User Experience (UX) Professional Services on an “as-and-when requested” basis to support DFO, Chief Digital Officer Sector (CDOS) digital transformation to user-centered products and services with a goal to increase client satisfaction with the accessibility of DFO’s programs and services. As a sector, CDOS includes several service and program lines, each of which have unique target clients, offerings, services and outcomes. The Department aims to design and deliver programs and services that are accessible to all, including persons living with disabilities.
