AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by October 07, 2026 at 14:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Requirement for Informatics Professional Services to ensure the ongoing reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and support of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Unit Level Tools Fleet and Crew Resource Management Software (ULTools) and its related applications throughout their life cycle. The requirement also includes maintaining up-to-date operating procedures and training materials for the RCAF. This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB).
