The scope of work includes but is not limited to; Demolition of the existing buildings at 1626 E
Street. Demolition activities include removing abating existing hazardous materials, demolishing
existing building structures and associated foundations, cutting and capping existing utilities
(water, fire, sewer), removal and disposal of oil-water separators, demolition of all trees, bushes,
plants, grass, etc., backfill and compaction of demolished basement and surrounding building
foundations, and installation of a post-driven chain link fence.
