SCOPE OF WORK
Standard Operating Services
·         Shampooing and extraction of upholstery and carpets.
·         Leather cleaning and conditioning.
·         Exterior clay bar treatment, machine polishing, and hand waxing/sealant application.
·         Odor remediation or sanitization treatments.
Specialized Operating Services
·         Interior decontamination: cleaning and sanitizing of biological contaminants
·         Light bar restoration: restoration of lenses for emergency light bars
·         Restoration/polish- cleaning and polishing of non-vehicle items i.e. statues, fountains, monuments.
·         Custom window tint
·         Upholstery repair/replacement
Operational Requirements
CONTRACT TERM
·         Three-year term with option for two one-year contract extensions
·         The vendor selected by the City will be required to execute a Professional Service Agreement with the City. A sample of the Agreement is provided in the Documents tab on PlanetBids. The Agreement may be modified to suit the specific services and needs of the City. If a Proposer has any exceptions or conditions to the Agreement, these must be submitted for consideration with the Proposal. If Proposer will request that the City utilize its form contract instead of the Professional Services Agreement, Proposer shall do so by indicating in Proposer’s response, and shall attach a copy of Proposer’s form contract with the proposal. Otherwise, the Proposer will be deemed to have accepted the City’s Professional Services Agreement
