Under this Notice of Intent to Contract, the City of Vancouver (“City”) is sharing the intent to contract with KERR WOOD LEIDAL ASSOCIATES LTD (KWL) to provide environmental services related to the development of a new tidal wetland and rain garden as part of the new Kinross South Park & Foreshore Park, for a five-year monitoring program.
