The Owner is seeking a qualified Contractor to supply all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete asphalt paving and associated drainage improvements for an existing gravel road and parking area at the Harkness Laboratory of Fisheries Research. The Harkness Laboratory of Fisheries Research (the “Site”) is a field research station operated by the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, located on the shore of Lake Opeongo in Algonquin Provincial Park (45.635099, -78.363541).
