Canada, as represented by the Department of National Defence (DND), with the assistance of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), has issued this RFI on the Dive Tender Replacement (DTR) project. Restrictions-on-bidding provisions may therefore, apply to the shipyards selected by Canada under Pillar 1 of the NSS.
