The City of Fresno intends to obtain a qualified firm to provide the services outlined below. Best industry and management practices may require additional services not explicitly listed.
On an individual project or on-call Agreement basis, services will include, but are not limited to:
1. Plan review and backcheck of commercial and residential projects, including complete buildings, building additions, and tenant improvements.
2. Inspection services for commercial and residential projects, including building, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
3. Complete, partial, or single-discipline plan review with associated back-check, as applicable.
4. Preparation and processing of permit plan sets and related details in compliance with City permit procedures and plan check requirements.
