The Province, as represented by the Minister of Forests through BC Wildfire Service (“BCWS”), is seeking proposals from Proponents that have demonstrable capacity, capability and experience to supply and deliver various types of Safety Goggles to the BCWS Provincial Equipment Depots located in Chilliwack and Prince George, British Columbia. The initial term of the contract is anticipated to be one (1) year (the “Initial Term”). The Contract will have three (3) one-year extension options in favor of and exercisable by the Province, in its sole and absolute discretion.
