Description of the Requirement: Indigenous Services Canada has a requirement to carry out the procedures described in the error rate measurement framework referenced in Section 2 of the Statement of Work, and report on the results of the procedures without any expression of opinion to help ISC to determine the error rates of Health Benefits payments by Express Scripts Canada (ESC).
