The Provincial Palliative Care Program is inviting expressions of interest from palliative care health service providers for the role of Clinical Lead, Models of Palliative Care: Pediatrics. This role will provide strategic clinical leadership and evidence-informed advice to help translate the Pediatric Model of Care within the Health Services Delivery Framework into practice. The Clinical Lead will support implementation planning, workforce development, data governance, equity-informed approaches, and recommendations that respond to emerging system priorities. This work will advance the goals and next steps for pediatric palliative care outlined in the Ministry of Health's Provincial Framework for Palliative Care. See attachments
