The City of West Hollywood (City), through its Public Works Department, Facilities and Field Services Division, invites proposals from qualified firms to furnish, install, operate, clean, maintain, monitor, service and remove a turnkey, self-contained public restroom for a pilot program. The City seeks a high-quality, accessible and reliable public restroom that can operate without permanent electrical, potable-water or sanitary-sewer utility connections. This is a performance-based solicitation; equivalent technologies are encouraged. The anticipated initial deployment is one restroom for 6 to 12 months of operation at a City-approved site, with options for relocation, additional units and extension, subject to City approval and funding. The City has not committed to a specific location or award amount.
