Background The County is seeking proposals to provide engineering services for the Range Road 33 Regional Pathway Construction. Included in the County’s Recreation and Parks Master Plan 2021 (attached in Appendix E) is the County’s Active Transportation Network (Pathway and Trails) which outlines the County’s pathway and trail network ranked by short to long-term priorities. The project aims to enhance the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of the pedestrian regional pathway network within the Springbank region.
