Project Scope and Objectives:
The Department of National Defence (DND) seeks to procure the services of 1 Intermediate Evaluation Services Consultant. The consultant will support the Director Research Personnel Generation (DRPG) within Director General Military Personnel Research and Analysis (DGMPRA). The primary objective is to provide expert guidance and research analysis that informs the development of tools, policies, and programs aimed at optimizing the selection, recruitment, and retention of military personnel, addressing both operational and organizational needs, as well as compliance with reporting obligations.
