La Commission canadienne des droits de la personne (le « client ») recherche une firme (la « firme ») pour fournir des services spécialisés de consultation et de recherche sur les normes en matière de droits de la personne applicables au logement avec services de soutien, à l’intention du Défenseur fédéral du logement.
