MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Bidders must meet the following mandatory requirements to be considered eligible:

  • Account Requirement: Bidders must have a Cvent Transient account to access the RFSA documents. If not, they must request access via email, providing specific details about their organization and contact person.

DELIVERABLES AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

Key deliverables include the provision of accommodation services as specified in the RFSA. Performance standards may include adherence to agreed-upon rates and availability of specified room types, although specific metrics are not detailed in the RFP.
