Amendment #1 is raised to update the name of Appendix A in the mandatory technical criteria. ****** Notice of Proposed Procurement This requirement is for moving and installation services on an “as and when required” basis for Employment and Social Development Canada locations. Reissue of Bid Solicitation: This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 100030226 dated December 23, 2025, with the closing date of January 23, 2026, at 2:00 pm, EST. A debriefing will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation. Description of the Requirement: Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), requires moving and installation services for various locations, including Service Canada Centres, Passport Offices, and other ESDC facilities within the Lower Mainland of the Western Territories (W-T) Region, throughout British Columbia, excluding Vancouver Island. The moving and installation services can include but are not limited to the relocation and/or installation of full office suites, furniture, workstations, computers, filing cabinets, shelving, kitchen and boardroom equipment and other workplace items (e.g., fridges, microwaves). Associated tasks may include packing, crating, loading, transporting, unloading, unpacking, assembly/disassembly, and site cleanup after each work order. Work may be performed during normal business hours, or outside normal business hours on weeknights and weekends, depending on each work order.
