  1. The Canadian Armed Forces have identified a requirement for Request for Proposal 1 x Project Manager For Canadian joint Warfare Centre (CJWC) JWES E&I 2. If you intend to bid: a. Complete and sign the Bid Solicitation Cover Page return to this email address;. b. Fill out information for CSP in Paragraph 6.2 d. Fill out 7.1(a) with Vendor name. e. Read the requirements noted in the Statement of Work (SOW), Annex A h. Fill out Annex B, Basis of Payment i Fill out Annex D j. Fill out Attachments 1 -5 to Part 8 l.
