This RFB consists of three (3) Deliverables: Deliverable 1 – General Program and Project Requirements; Deliverable 2 – Site Maintenance, Repair, and Restoration; and Inspection; Deliverable 3 – Monitoring, and Reporting. The Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) maintains and monitors three (3) closed Crown Waste Disposal Sites (WDSs) constructed as part of the remediation of former Mid-Canada Line (MCL) Sites 050, 415, and 500 in the Far North of Ontario. Without limiting the generality of the definition of “Services” under the referenced RFB, the Work includes site maintenance, repair, restoration, inspection, groundwater and surface water monitoring, data analysis, and reporting services for three (3) Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) Waste Disposal Sites (WDSs) located at former Mid-Canada Line (MCL) Sites 050, 415, and 500 in the Far North of Ontario.
