City of Lethbridge - Request for Proposal - 13th Street Underpass Beautification Public Artwork Project

This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the City of Lethbridge (the “City”) is an invitation to professional Artists to submit proposals for the 13th Street Underpass Beautification Public Artwork Project. A selected Artist will receive a commission to design, fabricate, and install a multi-element public artwork in the median of the Highway 3 underpass on 13th Street, one of the four major roadways linking north and south Lethbridge. The artwork is intended to bring interest and vibrancy into a space that has as a reputation of being more utilitarian than inviting.
