Transport Canada - Programs Group (TC) wishes to conduct the testing of the emergency plan in accordance with section 302.208 of the Canadian Aviation Regulations by conducting a full-scale in-person emergency exercise at the following three (3) Airports: Eastmain River Airport Waskaganish Airport Wemindji Airport All exercises must take place before October 16, 2026 (exact dates to be discussed at contract award). The exercises must take place in 2026 to avoid regulatory non-compliance.
