AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: This Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) has an ongoing opportunity for qualification that allows suppliers to submit their responses at a time of their convenience. PSPC will evaluate responses upon receipt. As such, please disregard the closing time of September 14, 2026 in the Ariba Discovery and CanadaBuys postings. This RFSA aims to establish multiple Supply Arrangements to provide all labour, materials, equipment, tools and supervision necessary for the identification, labelling, packaging, reparation of profile documentation sheets, loading, transportation and disposal/destruction of user-generated hazardous waste products for various Federal Government Departments and Agencies within Canada. PSPC will selectively tender future Requests for Proposal (RFPs) among this pool of successful supply arrangement holders. There is no maximum number of supply arrangements that may be issued as a result of this RFSA. Existing qualified suppliers, who have already been issued a supply arrangement, will not be required to submit a new arrangement.
